FLEXIBLE LIGHT

Starting back in 2015, Flexible Light is a lamp project based on a continuous research trying to answer a simple question; how to benefit from the flexible aspect of a led strip on a functional light in an elegant way.

Close to utopia, the proposal is a dynamic object based on the use of profiles hold by connection pieces acting as weight that are positionable in height. In one gesture the line curves; flexible light.

An early stage of the project has been shown on the occasion of the Design Biennal 2016 in the Swiss venue.
Curated by Giovanna Lisignoli, the exhibition called "In between - the Utopia of the neutral", featured the research in an interactive installation by Mathieu Rivier.
